Almost every tran station has displays of large sculptures and other form of art by local Taiwan citizens. It makes waiting for the train that much more entertaining and pleasant.

The shopping malls here in Taiwan are all incredibly fancy. Especially the newer department stores have many features such as a EXTRA LARGE ferris wheel caving into the building on TOP of the mall.

You would NEVER see that back in the states.
